Daisy is head of the research group and the principal investigator on our key projects.

Feifei is an epidemiologist working with social prescribing data sets, cohort studies and electronic patient health records.

Dr Alexandra Burton

Senior Research Fellow

Alex is a qualitative researcher, specialising in the evaluation of social prescribing, arts and community programmes for people with severe mental illnesses.

Dr Daniel Hayes

Senior Research Fellow

Daniel is an interdisciplinary mixed-methods researcher, specialising in mental health and social prescribing for young people.

Dr Hei Wan (Karen) Mak

Senior Research Fellow

Karen is an epidemiologist, specialising in predictors and impacts of the arts on health and wellbeing using population-based surveys.

Dr Jessica Bone

Senior Research Fellow

Jess is an epidemiologist, specialising in arts, health and wellbeing in large cohort data sets. She also works on our support programmes for early career researchers.

Saoirse Finn

Research Fellow

Saoirse's research explores the interplay between social connections, leisure engagement, and health, taking an interdisciplinary approach across social science, epidemiology and genetics. She is also active in our support programmes for early career researchers.

Dr Emeline Han

Research Fellow

Emeline works across several studies on social prescribing and mental health, including our SHAPER (Melodies for Mums) and Wellbeing While Waiting projects.

Dr Katey Warran

Katey is an interdisciplinary mixed-methods researcher, with a specialism in arts & health and qualitative approaches.
