Join us on Tuesday, 19 November 2024, from 13.30 at Science Gallery London where we will share the results and observations from the SHAPER (Scaling-up Health Arts Programmes: Implementation and Effectiveness Research) project.

REGISTER HERE!

SHAPER is a £2.6 million research programme funded by the Wellcome Trust with the aim of assessing the effectiveness and implementation of 3 arts-in-health interventions; Melodies for Mums with Postnatal Depression (Breathe Arts Health Research), Dance for Parkinson’s (English National Ballet) and Brain Odysseys (Rosetta Life). During the meeting, we will highlight both the quantitative and qualitative results as well as what we learned about multidisciplinary proogramme delivery. We will hear from the scientist/clinicians, social and implementation scientists, arts delivery teams and the programme management team as well as, and most importantly, the participants themselves. Our academic leads Professor Carmine Pariante and Professor Daisy Fancourt will guide you through the afternoon along with programme managers, Dr Tony Woods and Nikki Crane.
